STEP 1
Contact HSRC for general information about the EB-5 Program and to determine investor's eligibility for the investment.
STEP 2
Retain immigration attorney to assist in the review of offering documents.
STEP 3
If suitable, sign Subscription Agreement and remit funds. Prepare the source of funds documents and file I-526 petition.
STEP 4
With assistance of HSRC's Client Relations Team, prepare for Consulate interview. Attorney may assist in adjusting visa status if investor resides in the U.S.
STEP 5
Submit I-829 petition to remove conditional status and to receive permanent green card.
